"Location was great"

"Me and my sister went to Sabaneta for my brothers wedding not speaking spanish. This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, attentive staff and full americano breakfast every morning. Some of the staff spoke some english but with the translator on my phone we got to communicate. Columbian people warm and friendly, would not hesitate to go again!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, all was as promised, and an excellent value for the money. Only drawback was the loud party music well into the night on the streets outside, but that is to be expected when staying in the area, and totally not the fault of the hotel. Would happily stay there again in the future if I need a room in that area."

"We spent 3 nights at the Host Medellin hotel. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful lobby, I knew it would be a great stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. . The staff is amazing and always helpful to make your stay wonderful. The Valentina cafe had a great breakfast menu with beautiful pastries. Highly recommend!!"

"I was very happy with my stay, especially since it was a central location with many restaurants and food stands around. All of our tours had a meeting spot at El parque del poblado and we had a 20min walk. It was safe and walkable. There is a restaurant or bar in the hotel and I loved that they had a filtered water machine, but they don’t have many amenities. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The hotel staff were great and they always helped us with finding a safe taxi or a driver. The lady...

"The hotel is lovely, and located in a very central part of El Poblado, about 15 minutes' walk from the metro. Even though I was only in a single room, it was a beautiful space and very well designed, and the staff were very responsive to my queries. Slight minuses are that it gets quite noisy at night (especially at the weekends), the included breakfast is a bit limited and the staff's grasp of English isn't brilliant - but for the price it's really excellent value.."
