The Royal Plantation is amazing for a quiet and romantic getaway. The staff was amazing from Omar, the resort manager, to out butlers Orayne/Safiya and all the staff. The rooms, scenery and service was top notch! We will return very soon!

Omg book this resort now. By far the best vacation ever!! The manager Omar was very friendly and wonderful. The entire staff make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Our butler Anthony and Robert wow amazing!!! Anthony always went above and beyond and was just pleasant. If you are looking for 5star service and a very relaxing vacation don’t search any further. Best part is they have a shuttle that goes to the other sandles property so you will never get bored.

The Royal Plantation is a heavenly getaway. Seated on the beautiful coastline of Jamaica, this gem is a prime, relaxing location. The staff, particularly the butler service, exceeding our expectations and set the bar for hospitality. My wife and I cannot wait to return on our next trip.

We had a fantastic time! Chase and Neil were incredible. The resort is quiet and the French restaurant out of this world. Make sure to make your reservation at least a day before. If you want a soufflé for dessert you need to make sure to let your butler know 24 hours a head of time. Trust me the vanilla or chocolate soufflé is worth it. And the chef brings it out to the table. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful property with a fantastic staff. This was our first Sandals experience and it was everything we had hoped. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it very special. It’s a smaller property that’s more intimate and definitely quieter than the big resorts. There were a couple days there were only three other couples at the beach. The butler service took a couple days to get used to, but once we did it was great. Andre and Javon were excellent! The entertainment staff, bartenders cleaning staff and everyone else were exceptional. Can’t wait to do it again!

Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). Overall I’m still rating it 5 stars because we had a fun time, and the staff on the whole seemed pretty happy and were very helpful, but I probably wouldn’t go back, check out a different resort next time.

10/10, cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful property. Exceptional service. Worth every penny. Small, intimate resort. Cozy, but not claustrophobic. Quiet and relaxing. More mature crowd. Limited night life, but that's not what I was there for. Beautiful private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to go around. Lovely main restaurant on the verandah, plus a french bistro, pub, and seaside grill. Food was great everywhere. 10 minute bus transfer to Sandals Ochi with plenty of entertainment and dining options if you get bored. Rooms are slightly dated, but in generally good condition, with stunning oceanfront views. Very comfortable. Butler service is above and beyond exceptional. My husband and I aren't terribly comfortable with being "waited on", but these guys didn't let us lift a finger and we never had to ask for anything - they anticipated needs and wants we would never have even dreamed of and made it so all we had to do was say "yes" to their gracious and friendly service. We felt extremely pampered. Special shoutout to butlers Duwainey and Richard, along with Garnet, behind the bar at the Wobbly Peacock pub - the 3 of you made our vaction extra special and memorable. And all the awesome servers: Giovanni, Stephnie, Trisell, Tianna, Romaine - just to name a few. Mahesh at the loyalty desk, and Omar, the GM, were also awesome. Thank you all for your warm and attentive service. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of all week.

This was the most amazing vacation, the service was top notch, our butlers were so sweet and accommodating, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. This is a resort to go to reconnect or enjoy the company of your spouse. You will meet other couples while on the resort during you stay too. If you want to relax and unwind this is the resort to go to. This is not a resort for young couple who want to party all night.

We loved the quiet and serene surroundings.The service was excellent and everyone from the bar tender ,servers ,entertainment,transportation and butlers were amazing. It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
