"Location and view of the ocean was incredible both from our room and for breakfast/wine&snack time! Seals right outside and the walk to lovers point was incredible. This was the first time we have tried a B&B and now we will start looking for more as this was such a great experience. Such a warm welcome and attention to details and our needs. Cookies,wine &cheese were awesome and breakfast was incredible.

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning.
But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."
