"Great hotel and nicely located. Staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk who helped us at check-in.
The included breakfast was definitely a plus and has many food options.
Room was clean and we had everything we needed.
I would just say that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be extremely hot.
Besides that, everything was great."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The rooms and common areas did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.
The customer service was also very poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the security guard was especially rude, making us feel unwelcome. The only employees who were kind and provided good service were the dining staff.
I also paid for the daily breakfast buffet, and...

"The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). I had to go out in the middle of the night to potty my dog by the side streets and I had a hard time coming back in the hotel...
