"Location and quality of unit and staff was excellent. They do not offer breakfast and TV did not get network stations while we were there. The front desk adjusted the rate due to TV issue which was very considerate. All in all, I would stay there again when visiting Monterey."

"First thing first is that when I checked in the room was not ready and they made me wait 45 mins. Second was the Parking was an issue, Third, the staff was not helpful or nice about anything. Finally, forth issue was the staff kept peeing in our window, 9:50am and it was not even check out time. I find that creepy and this should be looked into."
