Great stay at central located hotel. Concierge was very friendly and gave us useful info and recommendations for Monteverde. Free onsite parking. Room was a good size and very reasonable price. Nice breakfast included.

Ro was very welcoming and friendly and helped us settle in. Good value for money and plenty of available parking. Room was spacious and the property had good views. Breakfast was average and maybe could start a bit earlier (6:30am instead of 7am) as we found tours start at 7/7:30am.

Wow. Where to even begin? This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone here clearly works hard to make their guests feel welcome. We were greeted on arrival with a complementary welcome drink and a friendly chat about where everything was and we were entitled to. Every day we were met with a friendly hello, by name, as we moved about the hotel. The staff happily accommodated every request we made. I have never been made to feel so at home in a hotel before. The room was clean...

The room has more than a local 4 stars hotel level quality. Little details show the owner looks after the room very well.

Whilst our actual room was rather basic, the overall setting of the lodge was stunning. Amazing scenery and access to view the wildlife.

I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

Lovely large room and bathroom. Great G&Ts, particularly at happy hour.

Room was clean comfortable and the hotel was in good location for heading out to the numerous attractions including the cloud forest. Isa was very welcoming and brimming with advice on where to go and what to do. Included breakfast is provided at a cafe literally 1 minute walk away. The included breakfast option offered for us was just 2 items plus coffee. To be honest it was fine for me on a budget. Right across the street is an excellent Indian restaurant, make sure you try their home infused...

Amazing staff and stay

Great location to shops and restaurants. Booked all excursions through hostel, they were super helpful in arranging everything we needed.

Highly recommend this property! Quiet, clean, and friendly all in a convenient location.

We stayed at Arenal Manoa Resort & Hot Springs in a Chato Suite and overall had a wonderful experience. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery with views of Arenal volcano (when the clouds clear). The resort feels peaceful and spacious, which adds to its relaxed atmosphere, and it’s only a 5-minute Uber ride into town, which was inexpensive, safe, and reliable. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a private pool and terrace waking up to that view was a real...

Beautifully cared for hotel with private hot springs and spa and excellent service
