"Excelente localización para ver todo lo relevante de San José, caminando si así lo deseas. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Las comidas en su restaurante El Patio, muy buenas, al igual que el desayuno incluido. Hasta un desayuno carry-out nos dieron el día de nuestra salida, que era a las 4:00 am. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de la habitación y nos resolvieron de manera atenta y rápida. Hasta un upgrade de la habitación nos dieron. 100% recomendado!"

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Over the years I’ve stayed here many times. Not quite sure what happened but the attention to service and client appreciation was absolutely incredible. From checkin to checkout. Fabulous. It’s been years since I’ve seen that much attention to detail in any hotel. Client’s satisfaction was above and beyond."
