Hotel dekat Montreux

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. Thank you, Eurotel."

"I chose this property due to it's proximity to the train station. Be aware though it is down a steep hill from the station level. There is a public elevator on the main road that helps avoid this. On arrival staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped, though bathroom whilst well equipped was a bit cosy. Breakfast was great with plenty of fresh choice. Good value if you need to be near the station"

"The hotel room was great, view from my room was marvelous... the only less maybe the lobby is under repair and the staff need to be more cheerful... and need porter to help us for the luggage..."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. Le déjeuner comprend plusieurs choix (pain, viennoiseries, céréales, granolas, œuf, yogourt), choix de confiture, jus maison. La salle de restaurant est au niveau terrasse dont la vue donne sur le lac."
