"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves.
We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...
