Hotel murah di Montrose

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama."

He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"The bad mark comes from the fact that this is the very first best Western. I’ve stayed in and I stay in them a lot that has $100 incidental charge to your card that can be held 35 days. That is utter crap. If you wanna buy something you use your card and you buy it. I guess they probably do it for people who take things from the room. I don’t know. "The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of…."
