"Our room was very well cleaned. The staff were super from front desk, house keepers and breakfast. Our Mountain View was breathtaking. The room was the perfect Temperature and controlled with a thermostat. The options for breakfast were great. "

"Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."

"I loved staying at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, the view from my room was very nice and I wasn't even on the mountain view side. There are walking paths all around and plenty of things to do near by. I will absolutely stay here again. The only things that didn't feel like a high end hotel were the elevators. The doors slam closed and people have carved/scratched into the paint inside. Otherwise this trip was amazing. I recommend the caramel macchiato from the coffee bar in the lobby, it was very good! "
