"The Grande Roche is a wonderful place with such kind, happy and thoughtful management and staff. In particular thank you to Marchello, Denai and Veena for making my stay so comfortable - you are wonderful people! The whole vibe is very chilled and friendly. The views out onto the grounds and vineyards are stunning - the landscaping and gardening give a sense of luxury and connection with nature. I really loved the sense of calm. "Chantal and Charmaine were wonderful, warm and attentive to my every need. My room had a private balcony, walking steps to a glistening pool and lovely garden. My king bed was super comfortable and the hot cooked breakfast to order was such a comforting touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention."
