"My husband and I travel all around the world. We decided to celebrate his milestone birthday and retirement at The Ivy, which had been on our bucket list for a while. My goodness! It's the best hotel we've ever visited. If there were such a thing as a six star hotel, this would be it. "The hotel had a nice boutique feel while still covering amenities and services of a larger chain. All of the staff was nice, attentive, and helpful. It was near the college that I visited and walkable. They also had a nice cafe serving breakfast. "

Didn’t like you had to pay ten bucks to rent a nicrowave tho however super cute. If you want to be added to the list for the breakfast call and do so this hotel is in close proximity of everything bmore has to offer and I loved that. There’s a parking garage across the street 7bucks on the weekends all day / overnight may or may not be cheaper then valet. I would stay here again. "

"This hotel is amazing. Very friendly, in a great location, and had no problems. My dog came with me and they did not give me a hard time or make me feel judged like other hotels have. Great walking distance, had complimentary wine hour and tea/coffee. 10/10 stay all around. We will be returning upon ventures in Bmore area!"
"Excellent hotel, very good location, close to many places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and complete. Excellent service overall. All the staff were very friendly and kind — from the front desk girls, valet parking attendants, the housekeeping staff, to those serving breakfast. Everyone was excellent. The hotel is very cozy, has a gym, and although I didn’t use it, there is free laundry service."

"By home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?"

"I loved room 121. It was a beautiful architecture and view. Very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were super friendly, offered us a check in drink, but I was almost late for my BYOB Urban Pirate cruise, so I had to decline. There is a bakery right around the corner, and lots of great food and shopping to walk to. I was there to enjoy the old town walks and shops and I sure did!"
