"The pictures don’t do justice to this hotel. The hotel was excellent and very elegant it exceeded our expectations. Everything was extremely clean. The service was exceptional everywhere you went in the hotel. From reception to restaurant and all staff. Dulce and everyone at reception were extremely helpful. The rooms were thoroughly clean daily, at the end of the day it was comforting to smell how clean my room was and every part of the hotel even smelled clean. I will definitely stay here again. The pictures don't do justice prepare to be amazed by how great the hotel is. Also they offer complementary water bottles which is a plus in travel days. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. "

"This was a great place to stay! It's in a really good location with many things to see and do around. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful! Only downside was that the pool was out of service during our stay but I would still recommend this place for a visit to CDMX! "

"The Hotel is well located but there’s construction around it which causes lots of traffic to reach the hotel. Also there’s a nightclub on the street over facing the hotel and it’s very difficult to sleep , the music goes on until 5:00 am in the morning."

"The location of this hotel, was perfect for getting around on foot or by a rented driver. So much happening in the beautiful park across the street. Within walking distance of several important buildings and museums. The hotel was lovely, with amazing views. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes and the staff was always friendly and helpful! The rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. "
