"We had a good stay! We came to see a Cubs game, it’s only about 30-40 minutes from Wrigley Field depending on traffic. Really easy check in and out. Decent breakfast in the morning too."

"The staff were excellent! The rooms were a little smaller than other Springhill properties. The bathrooms were small and the shower was so tight it was difficult to turn around in. Beware: because of the amount of rooms here the breakfast area resembles a theme park. Lots of people only concerned with their own desires! Very crowded and hectic!"

"Rey at the front desk is sooo helpful! Our rental car got delayed due to unexpected issues so we didn’t get to the hotel on Thursday like we supposed to. He took care our check in so efficiently when we got there and understood what we have been through, got our room upgraded and parking. He really made our day a lot better! All the staff we met during our stay were friendly as well. Highly recommend!"

"You’d think getting a hotel suite not downtown you’d have free parking but not the case at all. Huge amounts of empty parking lots that are unused but charge you 25 dollars a day to park or walk half a mile."

"From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. "The hotel was full and we were not allowed a late checkout. My husband is disabled and we had a five hour wait for our flight. We tried to hang out in the lobby area for part of that wait and were very unwelcome to do so. We were waiting for the airport shuttle and had all of our luggage loaded onto a luggage cart plus my husband's mobility scooter. We were discouraged from using the cart so that other hotel guests had access to it. However, there was an extra cart already waiting by the front...

"The pick up instructions were far from clear but we got there eventually. The driver was very friendly and informative about places to eat near and including the hotel. We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful"

"My only complaint was that the elevators were super slow and that it was hot, otherwise, everything was great!"

"One of the lamps in the living room did not work-light bulb? Neither of the two remote controls for the TVs worked-batteries? The lights on the buttons on the elevator did not light up-never knew where I was headed. The shuttle to the airport was convenient."
