"The staff and room met every expectation! While the property seemed older, the room was up to date, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bath worked well with plenty of water pressure. The staff did a great job at breakfast, and they kept the hotel clean and attractive. "This area, Bluff, Utah, has basically nothing in it. The Desert Rose was our best option. That being said, the people working at the hotel and at Duke's Restaurant, are fabulous. They couldn't be nicer. BUT, the rooms are very dated, although freshly painted, and if you are on the bottom level, you will hear every step, every movement, every door, etc. We also had construction workers above us who decided to party until close to 1:30 a.m. on a Tuesday night. "The room was dirty, and the power was out all night and morning. Had no lights and couldn’t shower. The breakfast had hardly anything even at 7:00am. No discount was offered even though there was not power. "

"Property is in a good location and clean inside. However take care in reading the property description. The "laundry" is a coin-operated laundry in the stairwell that takes quarters to run. Gas grill was filthy and had no fuel. The "wood" in the fire pit consisted of twigs collected from the trees around the property. The kitchen was not well equipped. Example: 3 dinner plates in a condo that sleeps 8."
