"There was no lock on the door. Literally no lock. We had to invent our own security system. Very stressful. Very loud AC. No markings on the bottles in bathroom. My husband washed himself with hair conditioner and complained that the “soap” didn’t lather. Neighbors upstairs were loud (not the hotel fault though)."
