"The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. "Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Frim the beginning checking in with Hannah to Donovan helping me then Marlon adding late checkout when I thought I had already done that & Donna from housekeeping being so understanding when I was still running on slow from my previous night's sleep study at the VA & meeting Becca on our way out.
