"Desastroso la atención y la designación de habitaciones, pague por una habitación Suite deluxe y nos asignaron una habitación común, la 1 er noche se activó una alarma en la habitación desde ma 1 AM hasta las 7 AM y nadie nos vino a desactivar la misma realizando 16 llamados a los contactos del hotel, aclaró que el hotel no tenía recepciónista desde las 17 hs hasta las 7 AM del siguiente día, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! El 2do día volvió a activarse la alarma por un problema del aire...

"I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...
