This is our first time booking a stay at this type of apartment hotels and therefore a lot of things to get adjusted for. First of all, no 24 hour front desk checkin, as the office closes at 4 pm. Luckily we arrived before that time.
Our room was a one bedroom with a kitchen that’s equipped with a dishwasher, oven, full size fridge and microwave. Cooking and dining utensils are included as well. No washer/dryer in the room though. Just 2 shared combo units (with detergent provided)in a laundry room inside the office on the entry level. A slight inconvenience but better than nothing.
Guests would need to use a specific code to enter the building during off-hours. The apartment is also close to a major neighborhood mercato and a few supermarket if you need to buy groceries or prepared food. A big bonus.
