"Parking was great, easy to find and very convenient being one floor below the hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The city centre is on the doorstep so everything was very close. The downside was, no aircon in the room. We were also emailed about early check in which was not available. Told to come back at 2PM when check in time actually was. Then we still couldn’t check in. We were offered free drinks in the bar while we waited but we had to go to the football. The receptionist told us that the free drinks were to be added to our room and we could have them in the evening. However, when we came back and finally managed to check in we were told we had 50% off. Just a little disappointed in the this whole check in service."

"The hotel overall was nice. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Overall everything seemed clean except for the stains on the carpet in my room. I did notice the traffic outside but it didn’t keep me awake. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge available in the room and, if you needed it, an ironing board and a hairdryer."

"Only gripe was the WiFi was down during our stay. Everything else great, nice staff, clean room, everything we needed for an overnight stay. Great location, key on your phone for convenience. All good 👍"

"My wife and I found this hotel very nice, being newly refurbished. Staff were all very friendly, we had evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both very much, all in all a very pleasant stay, will definitely be returning."
