"From the time I checked in until checkout, the staff was friendly, caring, and accommodating. The desk clerk at check-in went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very dirty the bathroom door lock got locked and I couldn’t open the door I had to call staff to open the door. There is no phone to call anyone in case of an emergency. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and notify them my partner got stuck inside the bathroom the bathroom door lock was not working. "Dont stay here. They dont have a pool and when I opened my room door I was welcomed by the smell of poop! There were some shorts in the closet which made me question if the room was even cleaned. Then i went to change rooms the reason was because the construction was effecting the plumbing. So why put people on that floor 🤔. Anyway I totally do not recommend. Was my first time staying at Hampton and it will be my last if I can help it"

"Pretty run down rooms, shower is pitiful. It’s luke warm and no pressure. The soaps provided were either watered down or poor quality. The pool should be heated at this time of year and kept clean and provide towels. Charging options in the rooms are strictly old school, no accommodations for a C charger, I had to go and buy a cord. One candy bar was charged $10.00. "

"Property was fine. There is a restaurant(Island Wings) that blasts music on Saturday until 2:00AM. My family got no sleep. This must be addressed."

"Easy parking, nice enough property, they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early They made us feel welcome but two different times mentioned “oh you have an Expedia reservation” in a way that sounded slightly inadequate "

"The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is no notification that you have to be a member to enjoy the “free breakfast.” If you’re not a member it’s like $12.50 per person, but they didn’t tell us until we were already there three days. That needs to be disclosed at check-in!"
