"Love this place! Our flight was modified and we arrived much earlier than the usual check in time. They tried to get us a room asap, but had been sold out the night before. So we just had to nap on the lobby sofas until our room was ready. And as soon as it was, they immediately checked us in. Such a fun hotel Art Deco style and the history of the building before is really awesome. This hotel is fun, clean and quiet. To return to Detroit, this will be my top selection."

"We had an early morning flight, so we opted to stay in Detroit and dine at the hotel. The hotel’s a cool remodeled fire house and bank , the location was conveniently situated just off the highway. The staff was exceptional, and the food was really good. What more could I possibly want?! Additionally, as a platinum member at Expedia , I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated."

"The room was clean and I loved the free shuttle to the arena! Only con is that we stayed on the eleventh floor. The front desk representative asked us high or low floor but failed to tell us that the twelfth floor was being renovated! So at 7am we were awakened to loud hammering and drilling. The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the amenities, we would’ve chosen another floor if we were privy to the renovations."

"Perfect hotel for going to a football, baseball, or a concert at Ford Stadium. The hotel is nice with the casino, food court closes early for a casino."

"The room was immaculate and the kitchen had everything needed,plus washer and dryer! Coffee was provided and there is an ice machine. The virtual front desk was very attentive and answered any questions within seconds. Very close to Riverwalk, Greek town, Comerico and Ford Field. Very safe. We will be back!"

"It was our first time there. After figuring everything out, parking, and where we were at. It was awesome ,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was real nice, with a great city view. Bathroom/ shower was awesome. Room was just as nice. Had a great time and definitely will go back!"

"I think housekeeping did there job very well as far as cleaning the rooms, but considering the condition of the room/property it still gave you a unclean feeling. The property was not what I expected at all do not go by the picture on the website those are from opening day. So if what you need to do is close to there you will be ok. The carpet needs to be removed are carpet was even ripped in more than one place. So housekeeping do there job staff was very nice. It's wasn't a cheap stay so they...
