"The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back"

"Had a great stay at MGM. The staff and valet were nice. Only 2 issues I had is when I had food delivered it was stolen within minutes and there was nothing that could be done. They only allow food to be dropped off at a random table that’s accessible to anyone walking by. From the time the food was being delivered I was already on the elevator coming down and it was already stolen. SECOND issue is that I’m just getting a bill that states that I utilized the bar in my room and I definitely didn’t...

The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms.
