"The room was big, clean, and looked recently (past few years) remodeled. The bed, linens, and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the shower temperature/pressure was great. The room had good amenities like mini fridge, microwave, TV, luggage rack, and table/seating. Parking was plentiful and easy. Check-in process was quick. We brought our dog which was $30/night, and they gave us a bag of treats and poop bags. Pricing was very reasonable.
The only issue was that the AC unit (unused)...

"Check in system was a total failure. We had to get a different hotel across town to stay for the night. The next morning we talked to John the owner who refused to accept responsibility for the check-in failure. John complained he could not refund the fee, because it would come out of his “own pocket.” He told us to call Expedia for a refund. We called the police to obtain a report. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay.
The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. Pro-tip: install heavy magnets to help keep the door in place. You may want to consider adding a...
