"Clean, convenient to downtown, staff very friendly and helpful. Resort fee supposed to be $25 - charged $28.44... not sure why - asked but manager not available to answer question ... and charged twice, but they corrected this and removed extra charge."

"Where do i begin, the staff was communicative with us to make our late 11pm arrival smooth. The next morning, we checked-in in person, the gentlemen was kind, friendly and gave us treats for our dog and a cool poop bag carrier that is also a flashlight. The room was spacious, clean and the patio had great furniture that was covered (so it was clean). The bed was very comfortable, and we had more than enough pillows. The room was updated, light, bright, airy, I mean, it had everything. When in Morro Bay, we will stay here again. The location is perfect. There are two great breakfast places, the Hungry Fishermen and Country Kitchen across the street, one block over is Legends and The Siren for happy hour or a night cap, friendly folks and locals at both places. We left our vehicle at the hotel the entire time because everything is within walking distance. Thank you for everything."

"Property was lovely, staff were very helpful when checking in & enquiring about things. Central location and walking distance to everything. Good view of Morro Rock & the sunset from the hotel. Would highly recommend and would definitely return if we were to come back this way."

"The staff were nice with the early check in. Unfortunately they were overbooked and so we got partial view of the ocean instead of our full ocean view room. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. The room had one mini fridge and a microwave which we used to heat up left over and store our water. Noise level was okay other than the humming of the fridge. Will stay here again in the future. Location is convenient to bars and coffee shop. Thank you for having us. No pool."
