"The hotel is in a great location for walking, the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and functional. The only downside was a bit of outside noise at night at intermittent times. Overall, we would stay again."

"Easy to see why this is a 5 star hotel. Central to the city and a great base to watch the cruise ships dock opposite the hotel in the harbour. Breakfast was a huge selection, hot and cold. Service was impeccable. The spa and pool was closed for refurbishment in May 2026, which is reflects the 4 stars for amenities. Would stay here again, and recommend to solo female travelers. "

"Perfect location for exploring! Rooms are super spacious. On site parking is very convenient. Staff are super friendly! Breakfast is delicious!"

"Hotel is clean just a bit old and needs some love. Especially the shower, it's half a bath, so if you have mobility issues not good. And shower head was not good at all (so small and not much power). But hot water ok. Pool is in the basement which is dark, and can't use it if you don't have a swimming cap. Location is convenient, close to highway if you are driving, historic town 10-15 min walk, shopping mall 25 minutes walk, grocery almost in front of the hotel. I had no issues to park on the street overnight."
