"As a solo traveller this place exceeded my expectations. The room was very cozy, bathroom very chic and practical and the location was amazing. It’s right at the start of the older cobblestoned dimly lit area and coming home after dinner was really a treat walking the streets. "

"Rooms are very nice with several amenities but are small as is common in Japan. I stayed in a superior Queen room by myself and I think it would be tight for two. The long bench seating area was nice to have. The bathroom is small and the rainfall shower was excellent. Otherwise the room was quiet and housekeeping was excellent! "This hotel was clean and so nicely decorated. It is pocket sized but we loved our first stay for our Japan vacation! The staff were welcoming and helpful and the amenity bar was a perfect touch.

"Check in took a long time! I booked two rooms, but one was double booked. When we opened the door we found other guest’s stuff! Very confused! In the other room, refrigerator was empty. As a Hyatt member, i always was given free 2 bottle per room in other Hyatt places. This place refused to give nothing! Very bad experience ever!"

"The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!"
