"This place is always extremely accommodating whenever I’ve had issues flying in or flying out. Have a great shuttle service rooms are always clean and they’re very accommodating. Although the only part that needs help is the bartender I know she was very busy and it’s not always that busy. There were 200 flights canceled yesterday. There was no issue checking in or checking out, but I felt the bartender needed a little bit of adjustment. She was very rude to the customers who had been through a very exhausting day. Maybe a smile on her face would make things a little easier other than that I will always continue to come staying because like I said, they’re always very accommodating when it comes to an exhausting day. "

"Very cool, gorgeous hotel. The rooms offered a lot of amenities and had a fun industrial vibe. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great! The staff was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay at The Emily again."

"Room was a nice size. Extremely clean. Even under the bed. No dusty shelves or surfaces. Linens were nice and clean. No stains and rips. Toilet paper, Kleenex and soaps / shampoos all stocked up. Didn’t need a reason to contact the front desk or HK staff on the three day stay. Netflix on the tv so I could unwind after a long day. Absolutely awesome location. Could see the river from the room, it’s about a block or two in the city. Located in the middle of the city around coffee and doughnut shops. Amazing dinner and lunch choices too all right in the heart of river north. Museums and shops all within walking distance. Absolutely will be back to this property. 10/10 rating."

"I had some many problems and switched rooms multiple times first room left a cigarette odor second room was dirty had stains on the bed sheets, and walls the bathroom floor had hair on it. I was so tired of moving by the time I got to the 3rd room I just said forget it I’ll take it. The 3rd room had broken lamps the bed was broke it was a mess. The next morning they switched me to a double-bed room and it was much better despite all that the staff was very nice and helpful. The manger also did accommodate me but I would never stay there again! "

"Room was decent, but had some cleaning unfinished. Staff was nowhere to be found a couple times at the front desk, had asked for some extra blankets and toilet paper and never received until we called the desk an hour later. Valet parking wasn’t terrible except for 1 issue of not getting our car for almost an hour of waiting. "
