"This was a great value for a place to stay during Oaklawn races. Quiet, clean, and safe. Good water pressure in the shower! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was only cold cereal, toast, oatmeal, and bananas, but they explained that right away. My only complaint is that the towels are rough and ready to be replaced. "

"The breakfast was an absolute cluster mess. Lack of food, no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no hot water, coffee was horrible if you could find a clean cup. Happy hour was a joke. The lines were horrible and again lack of food. Don’t advertise it if you can’t provide it. Our room only got cleaned one day. They charged us for parking though we did not park in their lots. That luckily was caught and removed from the bill. "

The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. We called, someone came up with a broom and dust pan and asked us where to clean the floor and was then going to spray a...

But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them.."
