"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Room needs to be cleaned better. Hair was all over the carpet and bathroom floors. I would never walk barefoot here. Beds and everything else was nice and clean. I would never walk barefoot here. Great location. Amazing restaurants in the hotel from budget friendly to luxury. I tried all the restaurants. Stubborn Seed, NADC burgers, AQUA and Juniors were all amazing. I would stay here again for sure but ask for the room to be cleaned better."
