Our room kinda smelled like farts when we checked in & he showed us how to open the window & where a balcony was if we needed more air. Said if the smell didn’t go away to ask to switch. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the service was top tier except for checkout. I was called to checkout but there was some confusion with the guest in front of me as to which front desk associate was helping who. I was forced to go back in line and made to wait some more which was confusing and embarrassing."

"It’s a beautiful hotel . Only complaint is Expedia advertised $100 a day food & beverage credit and hotel check in confirmed and at check out Inwas told it’s only a beverage credit . So I was charged for a meal that should’ve been free. Really not cool"

"We booked one bedroom corner unit with kitchen. The unit is overall in a good condition and clean. To our surprise there were no kitchen utensils. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When I called and requested utensils they brought us three plates, two cups and two plastic forks/knife packages. Very strange hospitality approach..."
