"I had to to check out of my room 10-02-25 to go to the bank. Came back at check in time 1:30pm. They put me back in my same room that I checked out of. It was never cleaned and the sink was still leaking. Also when I paid at the property with cash they forgot to give me my change. "Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. "My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property.
