"The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left.
After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up."
