"The room was clean and the place was very nice. Staff were very friendly."

"When I checked in there was a issue with one of the four rooms I booked. The front desk lady was able to correct the issue with some trouble on her part, which pleased me immensely with her effort. The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me."

"Had a reservation for July 3rd. Chose PAY AT PROPERY option. Told me when I arrived they canceled my reservation because the manager wants payment upfront. Then tried to charge me $100 more to book the same room I had already had."

"First of all. I get to the hotel my room was canceled, I drove 4hrs with 2 small children and then they said they didn't have any rooms available. I did the pay when you stay and they tried to charge my card before I arrived to the hotel, so they didn't call to let me know my room was canceled they said they didn't have any information to contact me? How they didn't and made the reservation. So I'm not pleased with the customer representative that said he understands what the hotel was saying...

"This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included."

"We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel.
