"The entire staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet parking was a breeze. The building does look a little bit weathered but don’t let the outside fool you. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"Checking in was a hassle. I was standing there for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. It took about 20 minutes to find my reservation. Then the staff sent us to the wrong room where someone else was already occupying. I had to go back to the front desk for them to straighten that out. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. The food served the following morning was cold. I also asked for late check out, which she reluctantly offered to extend by 30 minutes, to 11:30, but they were still knocking at 11:15. Overall the room was comfortable and clean, but not worth the price for the general area. The amenities are better than some of the competing hotels in the area."

"The television channels were hard to maneuver, between local stations and channels being streamed. Streamed channels were consistently buffering. Furniture is needing to be replaced. Toilet had an issue with flushing. Breakfast was chaotic, due to a church group bombarding the area every morning, taking up every table, every seat, eating, then sitting to gossip, which forced every other guest to take their food to their rooms."

"Went to eat breakfast. No server in sight. I was properly sat by the host, and had small conversation with the cook. Who ended up getting me the things I needed because the server brought my drinks and then disappeared."
