"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"My experience at the QT Queenstown was a standout. I was lucky enough to experience the newer upgraded section, which only opened a few weeks before my arrival. The styling and finer details were incredible. Fresh-baked cookies and dark chocolate left in the room on arrival, and a beautiful departure gift. A standout which was loved was the complimentary wine tastings in the lobby in the evening, which then moved to whisky and chocolate later in the evening. Can't wait to get back and stay"

"We had a 1 bedroom lake view facing apartment and it was wonderful. The views were stunning, a great place to relax or do lots of activities. Easy walk into town, there was a big hill to walk up on the way back but read a review where they advised entering the QT from the esplanade and taking the lift up which comes out at street level of Highview apartments, made the walk so much easier"

"Room was big enough, comfy bed and black out curtains which is needed with the carpark right in front. The thing that let down for us was lack of any heating in the bathroom, shower didn’t get very hot, restaurant lacked atmosphere. Overall a fine stay, but I would consider slightly over priced especially with the lack of views compared to other places and ongoing construction."

"Clean rooms and nice to be upgraded to 2 bed, good aircon but 2nd bedroom shower leaked and exposed tacs on carpet/tile join. No wine glasses. "

"Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming."
