"We had a truly wonderful experience at Skamania Lodge. We stayed in the treehouse, and it was absolutely beautiful—very nice, cozy, and such a unique experience. We loved it. "Staff was accommodating and room was clean. I requested to extend my stay one more night at a cheaper rate. They were going to have me transfer to a different room to get the low rate. Which was fine. Then they called me back and said she got the manager to allow me to remain in my same room, for better convenience. That made me smile and made my day!!! I wasn’t expecting it and was willing to transfer. So thank you for great customer service."

"Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great...
