"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency.
