Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. "The rooms are shabby and not very clean. Went down for breakfast on the day of checking out only to find a cleaner in our room who did not speak English. Why would she be in a room cleaning when we were not leaving the room until 11am. I’m an IHG member that means absolutely nothing these days. Holiday inns do nothing to fresh the place up because they know that they have the monopoly at this airport. "

"Staff great helpful,room big enough bed bit uncomfy but for cost of it then I shouldn’t complain really ..everything was ok except not being able to get a drink as it only serves non alcoholic beverages lol but there’s a M&S garage just 5 mins down the road .overall experience was ok and I would recommend going as it was a bargain for the price "

"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. So we did not get to go to the spa as planned. In previous years...
