"Stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The executive room was lovely and had a river view. The only downside of that was when the spa opened you could hear voices outside, especially when the spa opens early in the morning. The shower was great and bed really comfy. Breakfast in the hotel was good. They do continental help yourself and order the hot food and tea/coffee. "We have stayed here a couple of times now and love it here. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean with some of my favourite toiletries in the bathroom and Tunnock biscuits for a snack. Breakfast is hot and tasty with cereals and a varied choice for breakfast from a full Scottish fry up to pastries, French toast and porridge to name a few. "The hotel, location, staff, facilities and services were all first class for our two night stay, as should be expected at a five star. Our room in the Auld Hoose, was exceptional, with complimentary mini bar and snacks, full satellite TV, roll top bath and beautiful furnishings. "Great hotel , beautiful decor , booked a club king and once we got it after being put in what I think was a double , was well worth the money , good deep baths , only thing I would say is if you are on the front of the building the road is busy all night , we were told this and asked if this was ok , we didn’t mind but if your like peace and quiet ask for a back room "
