"This was an adorable hotel and I was really looking forward to my stay... the location was great room was clean. What made this a terrible experience was that at 4am my dog needed to go outside, as I went out I grabbed my phone and the room key. When we came back to the room the key wasn't working and the emergency number was never answered nor did anyone answer the text. I called repeatedly, after an hour I even called the police who had another number that was NEVER answered. I was locked out till 8 am. It was very scary and although they refunded the room I am left feeling pretty upset about my stay and experience. I travel a lot for work and I love the area I am disappointed that I can't recommend this cute spot especially not to people traveling alone! I hope they have the emergency number figured out! "

"The property staff was amazing. Very friendly and was eager to help with anything. Only reason why it wasn’t a 5 star for us, was regarding the bathroom. When you would shower, the entire floor gets a bit soaked. Besides that, we loved our stay and how close it was to the beach/restaurants. "

"We had a large group that stayed there & everyone was happy with their stay. Specifically, with the staff. The young gentleman and young woman at the front desk on Saturday, March 28th were very welcoming and patient with so many of us arriving at the same time. Our bartender at arrival was also very attentive with our drink orders. Would definitely stay there again. The decor is beautiful and calming. And, great service goes a long way after a long train ride. "
