"Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. "The main pool bar and restaurant was being renovated during our stay. Some guests were advised by their travel agent up front . We were not informed. I contacted Expedia during my stay but have been told that there is nothing they can do. The hotel is a five star which I particularly have been looking at for a while and finally booked as part of a significant birthday celebration. The hotel is beautiful to look at but has no soul. "All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"Pools and rooms were clean. A lot of the pool loungers were broken but ample and the rooms were not soundproof at all. Housekeeping were very good and attentive. The food however, was not good at all. Beans at breakfast were like cold pebbles, the chocolate sauce for pancakes was more like chocolate water. For dinner, unless you like cold pasta or lots of seafood I wouldn’t recommend."
