"The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

"For the budget we were on this hotel was above all my expectations. It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way. The staff was amazing kind, and wanted to help us with anything. The AC worked perfectly even in the 90 heatwave. There is no pool but it is...

"We had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. There was also a huge sitting area. The beds were very close together and sleeping area seemed tight. I would have preferred a larger sleeping area and smaller sitting area."

"We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!"
