"모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "

"Das Hotel liegt ideal um Nizza zu erkunden. Sehr schönes uns besonders helles Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Nizza. Das Frühstück war super, lediglich Fisch hat gefehlt. Das WiFi war leider ein wenig schwach. Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!"

"The rooms were clean with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Yann was especially great with recommending places to visit, and helped me make a reservation at a busy local restaurant. He was also great just to have a chat with. The location was close to the train station, and not a long walk away from the Promenade. "This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Comfortable and happy stay at Mama Shelter. The bed was super comfy! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. A little walk from tram stop and seafront but very near Nice Riquier station - perfect for day trips - and only a few minutes from a good range of restaurants and bars. Buffet breakfast decent with a good amount of choice. Options for the restaurant and terrace menus are a but decent. The room had no kettle so way of making hot drinks, which is disappointing, and surprising given the...

"Clean room and hotel generally. Very helpful staff. Convenient for walking to centre and beach (10-20 minutes), but also tram close to hotel. SNCF trains 12 minutes walk. "

"The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal."

"The Hotel has been recently renovated so very clean and comfortable. The Receptionist who greeted us and who we saw later and the following day was lovely, helpful and efficient."

"Have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times per year for over 10years. They change ownership for approximately 2years ago. The new owner has improved it a lot. Breakfast more chose, bar and dinner. Clean and fresh rooms. Will soon be back again."
