"모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "

"Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were not cleaned very well…. I don’t even know if my bedsheets got fully changed… I could smell dirty cheesy feet near the pillow when I was sleeping… I was so thrown off by the smell. The filtered glass bottle water they provided was clearly not cleaned by the previous guest who put their lips on the bottle… thank goodness I checked it before pouring myself a glass of water. The carpet had some red stains…. The tub did not drain well when showering...

"This is boutique chic hotel in the area close to everything. The staff is so amazing. Will help with anything you need. Thank you, Sebastian for being our host for the short time we stayed couldn’t have made our Nice trip pleasant! Rooms are spacious if you need a three person stay very clean very accommodating. Will be returning soon."

"Property, staff, and local were all ideal. The bathroom floor and shower were very slippery with any over spray or liquids. There is AC, but it is very weak. Rooms are spacious in comparison to other European hotels."

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"Maison Lamartine was an excellent stay in Nice. But a short walk to the beach, the property is immaculate. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The only thing that we regret is we had to take breakfast in a hurry, as we had a train to catch. The breakfast was full of local and fresh pastries, jams, and cheeses. We wish we could have enjoyed a two hour breakfast. The place is top notch and will gladly return."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Great area with a great view from my balcony"

"The air conditioning in our room was not working and the room would not cool below 77 degrees fahrenheit and they did not fix it. They sent a small fan instead. Our stay was miserable especially traveling with kids. The staff was not attentive, took them over an hour to give us a couple extra bath towels. The property overall is dated and rooms had a bad odor. Do not stay."

"My stay at the Royal was underwhelming and very uncomfortable. The hotel is old, smells, and has maintenance issues. My shower leaked water all over the floor my entire stay due to faulty seals and a clogged drain every day. The hotel didn’t have any available rooms to allow me to change, weren’t able to fix the issue, and only offered to give me towels to clean up the water. The manager nor his staff apologized or acknowledged my concerns. They only tried to defend their stance that they tried...
