"모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "

We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. "The only thing good I have to say about this property is it was in a great location but up 3 flights of stairs, horrible, with no lift. There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"Hotellet serverte en god frokost med godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Vi fikk både oppgradert rom og sen utsjekk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."
