"We realised that we have left an apple ipad in the room after checking out and arriving at the airport. We called the hotel and they asked us to send them an email. After sending the email, they confirmed the ipad was found. They told us to pay for the delivery and need a commercial invoice. We are asking if no invoice is acceptable before making payment for the delivery service, because the ipad was bought years ago and we don’t have the invoice anymore. "The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well."
