"Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival."

"The breakfast was phenomenol. Tons of delicious options. The restaurant was the best restaurant in a hotel we have been to. The whole hotel is unique and breathtaking. Beautifully thought out. Our teens loved it. The hotel is by far the greatest hotel we have stayed in. They even left us waters at night and candu on our pillows. Great location and friendly and helpful satff. Will stay here every time we come to Rome!"

"The buffet style breakfast was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood, staff was very helpful with questions about area attractions. I stayed for over a week at the hotel. It was a quaint and beautiful place. The outside perimeter was gated with beautiful setting areas. Highly recommended!"

"We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting. At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing. Shower was nice. When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well. "

"Etagenhotel in der Nähe der XX Sept. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann viel von hier aus laufen. Viele Cafés und Restaurants außenrum. Zimmer war toll. Sauber und alles, was man braucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist allerdings das Personal. Wahnsinn nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We stayed in 4 hotels during 2 weeks in Italy. This gets the worst score. Took over 24 hours to get an extra pillow- desk clerk telling me they were out. The Jacuzzi pool water was tepid and the Jets were barely perceptible. To use the sauna you need to give an hour notice so they can heat it. There is supposed to be a waterfall over the jacuzzi pool . It never worked. There are no towels anywhere in the pool/locker room area area, and no soap. The room was good. Front desk unhelpful...

"Everything was great. Excellent location, walking distance to the main monuments, the staff was incredible , they were very attentive and welcoming, and they were great with my 3yr daughter, a lot of details with her (candies, surprises, printed stories). Breakfast was very good . The room was excellent, spacious and very clean. 100% recommended . "

"We just walk to coloseum and there s many interesting place and souvenir shops along the streets (via nazionalle). The room is clean, warm, comfort and well equiped, with view to garden. The wifi is very good. And The breakfast is tasty."
