We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. "The room was beautiful, in a great location for us, close to some amazing restaurants and good shopping. We felt safe and secure. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. "This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do."

"Such a good hotel!! Great location, and SO clean! I am on to always check the bedsheets, the shower, the toilet, everything before touching anything and everything was spotless. Makes staying at a hotel so easy. What really made the stay here though was the staff!! They waited for us after midnight because our flight came in late and then we had to take the train, in the morning Guseppo was so cool! So friendly and helpful.
