"The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....

"I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...

"I booked this hotel for my girlfriend while she visited the Cusco area. She was absolutely amazed by the service level and hospitality. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, unlike many others in Cusco. It is not super fancy on the outside, but very close to the main square and a short but steep walking distance to Saksaywaman. En recepción me dijeron que decía habitación standard y que así tenía que entender que era compartido.
