"Rooms are clean, wide variety of breakfast items including cappuccinos, scrambled eggs, pastries, and much more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were there for 5 days and would stay there again. One thing they could be better is to inform the customers ahead of time to use the intercom to contact the staff when they arrive. The gates were locked when we arrived even though it was still early afternoon and we didn’t see the small sign by the intercom."

"The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome."

"Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival."

"We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting. At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing. Shower was nice. When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well. "

"Andrea’s place was an excellent base for a first time visit to Rome. It was close and walkable to all the key landmarks and neighbourhoods that we wanted to visit. The room was a little small but had a cute little balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We will definitely visit Rome again and would absolutely choose to stay at the Casa Montani again."
