"What you see is what you get. The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be noticeable. Also, this is not a traditional hotel, which can make it a little difficult to find and access initially. You need to pass through multiple doors using different keys, which may feel stressful...

"The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. "Unfortunately, our experience at Mama’s Home Rome was very disappointing. Andrea was extremely unhelpful and even appeared to fake a back injury to avoid assisting us with our luggage up several flights of stairs. While the bathroom was modern and nicely renovated, the rest of the apartment felt somewhat dirty, uncomfortable, and not particularly well maintained. Overall, we would never stay here again and would strongly recommend choosing one of the many better accommodations available...
