"Overall, it was an okay stay. Friday night to Sunday morning. Breakfast was alright, if you like the frozen stuff that thaws out in those metal trays. The waffle area was a mess, but breakfast was fine overall. The pool and hot tub were functional. There was A LOT of loose hair and floating specs of God-knows-what in the pool. "This hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast and is ideally located right downtown within short walking distance of everything you'd want to do downtown (museums, restaurants, entertainment). It was our second time staying here, once as an adult couple and once with our child. The only negative things I have to say is that the pool area is not ideal. It is very small, the room and the actual swimming pool. The other negative is a smaller on. They will "offer" you parking, but it is charged...

"The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!"

"There were two TV’s neither worked, power went out several times during my stay!! Arrived on Saturday evening wasn’t able to get into another room until late afternoon the next day Sunday. Excuse was no maintenance on sight!! Hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved into a more suitable room until Sunday. checked out Monday morning. So not a good experience"
